Hello there! My name is Pam Daley (a.k.a. Pammylou). My love for cooking is largely inspired by my Italian grandmother, Noni Lombardi. I vividly recall the smells and tastes of her amazing cooking and I would marvel at how she could whip up a feast from scratch in her tiny kitchen. This influence led me to the food service industry right out of High School, working in restaurants and catering.
I decided to make a career out of it in 2002 when I became certified as a Personal Chef and started my own business. In 2012, I developed a line of fresh GF/ Vegan grab-n-go foods and soon after, my products lined the shelves at Whole Foods Market!
In 2024, I completed certification as a Holistic Health, Wellness and Nutrition coach. I feel strongly that there are many dimensions to health and wellness, which is why I take a Holistic approach with each of my clients.

I believe in an Integrated Whole Food-as-Medicine philosophy where every meal helps to optimally nourish the body. Many of my clients have major health concerns/allergies/sensitivities that require them to modify their diet, which can be very overwhelming to navigate. That's why I take a personalized approach to every dish I create. I work closely with my clients to understand their tastes and preferences, and I use my creativity to craft unique and delicious meals that they will love.
My Holistic approach involves looking at the mental, emotional and physical effects of food and lifestyle on the overall well-being of my clients.

As a Personal Wellness Chef, I offer a range of services, including customized meal planning, grocery shopping, and weekly in-home or off-site meal preparation. I can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, including raw, vegan, gluten-free, plant-focused, macrobiotic, paleo, heart-healthy, cancer-fighting, etc. Whether you need a catered event or a week's worth of meals, I am here to help. I am also a certified Holistic Heath, Wellness and Nutrition Coach (in process of development).
